Micromeritics to be acquired by Malvern Panalytical

Particle characterization specialist Micromeritics Instrument Corporation is set to be acquired by Spectris subsidiary Malvern Panalytical, the companies have announced. CDMO Kindeva Drug Delivery  announced the completion of an FDA inspection at the company's new laboratory facility in Woodbury, MN, USA and said that the site will continue with routine cGMP audits in the future. Bespak announces that it will soon allocate capacity for new LGWP MDI filling line

MannKind acquires Pulmatrix R&D facility and the companies cross-license inhalation technology

MannKind Corporation will assume the lease for a Pulmatrix research laboratory located in Bedford, MA, USA, and Pulmatrix will transfer the facility, including all laboratory equipment, to MannKind, the companies said.
