New identities
A number of companies in the exhibition made efforts to increase brand recognition following name changes or in response to other challenges. In addition to Solstice, which was exhibiting under its new name after having been recently spun off from Honeywell, exhibitors trying to communicate new branding to attendees included Arcinova (formerly Quotient) and LTS, which recently acquired Renaissance Lakewood. Phillips Medisize, which was recently combined with Vectura, was a platinum sponsor of DDL 2025.

Other companies reminding attendees of transitions in brand names following acquisitions in recent years included Thermo Fisher, which acquired PPD in 2021, and Roquette, which acquired Qualicaps in 2023. Roquette was also informing visitors to its booth about its acquisition of Methocel hydroxypropyl methylcellulose from IFF in 2024.
Emphasizing their status as a a unified CRO, members of OINDP-focused consortium MVIC joined together in a single large booth under the MVIC name instead of exhibiting separately as they have in the past.
Device company Merxin celebrated its 10th anniversary, handing out champagne and pastry for delegates in the exhibition hall. In general, the exhibition appeared to include more device, device component, device materials, and device manufacturing companies than in recent years. In addition to innovations in MDI and DPI technologies related to sustainability, a number of options in the handheld nebulizer and SMI categories were on display from companies including Gilbert, HCmed, Nebu-Flow, PARI, Pulmotree, Resyca, Yirdoc in addition to Merxin.
