CDMO MedPharm has announced the appointment of Lynn Allen as VP of Business Development, responsible for growing the business in North America. Allen has extensive experience in CDMO business development and was most recently Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at Jubilant HollisterStier. She previously held business development positions with Mylan and DPT Laboratories.
MedPharm, which is headquartered in Guildford, UK, opened its US facility in Durham, NC in 2016. The company recently invested $4 million to triple the footprint of that facility, which offers services for topical formulations, including for inhaled and intranasal delivery.
MedPharm CEO Eugene Ciolfi commented, “Lynn is a fantastic addition to the MedPharm team. She brings a track record at attracting new customers and establishing strong relationships with key clients. Lynn can provide a local response to MedPharm’s West Coast clients who will increasingly benefit from our expanding facilities in North America.”
