Proveris Scientific has announced an expansion of its Americas and Asia Pacific customer service support team with the hire of Doug Mann as a Field Service Engineer. The company also recently added Stephen McDonald to its European customer support team.
Mann, who most recently provided field support at TTP LabTech, joins Senior Field Service Engineer Kevin O’Keefe in providing service for Proveris’s aerosol and spray testing systems. Mann’s experience over 12 years in field service engineering at TTP LabTech included installation and site acceptance testing for new systems, post-installation user training, and “assisting scientists with their analytical challenges from sample preparation to data reporting.”
Proveris VP Technical Services Al Correia commented, “Providing the highest level of technical support to our customers is a priority. Doug’s experience facilitating customer success will go a long way towards helping them achieve the outcomes they desire.”
