Laboratory automation company Astech Projects, which manufactures the Xelair, Xelize, and Xelox ranges of automated inhaler testing systems, has announced a recent transition to the ISO 9001:2015 revised international standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
The company said, “By meeting the criteria, Astech have displayed strong leadership and management commitment and are proud to be amongst one of the few robotics and automation companies certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.”
Astech Projects Managing Director Chris Hansford commented, “By implementing this new standard we demonstrate Astech’s strong, long term commitment to quality. This globally recognized certification allows Astech to continue providing the highest levels of quality management to not only our existing customers but also new and future customers. Astech’s successful recertification is a testament to our quality management team, demonstrating their dedication to efficiency and customer satisfaction.”
In 2016, Astech Projects was acquired by the Schauenburg International Group.
