Powder characterization specialist Freeman Technology has announced that its Chinese operations have moved into a larger facility equipped with a laboratory and that the company has hired Tom Qin as General Manager and Ruty Li as National Sales Manager in China. In Europe, the company has added Alfatest Srl as a new distributor in Italy and Pragolab in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The expansion comes after record sales in 2015 and the first quarter of 2016, the company said.
Freeman’s powder testing instruments can be used to understand aerosolization characteristics and to optimize volumetric dosing for dry powder inhalation formulations.
