Copley Scientific has announced the publication of a brochure titled “Quality Solutions for Inhaler Testing, 2015 Edition” which includes a guide for testing of novel and generic OINDPS. The brochure includes an introduction to various types of inhaled drug products and delivery systems, an overview of relevant regulatory and professional organizations around the world, as well as detailed discussion of current regulatory and pharmacopoeial requirements.
The publication also includes instructions for using various products in the Copley range to meet testing requirements, including the recently released draft USP chapter. New products introduced to meet these new requirements, such as the Breath Actuation Controller and Facemask Testing Apparatus for MDI testing and accessories for testing fluticasone propionate and salmeterol, are also included.
