3M Drug Delivery Systems has announced that Cindy R. Kent has succeeded James Ingebrand as President and General Manager, effective February 2014. Ingebrand will now head 3M’s dental division.
Kent joined 3M in October 2013 as VP of Strategy, Business Development and US Medical Key Accounts for 3M Healthcare. She holds degrees in industrial engineering, management, marketing, and divinity.
Kent commented, “In this new role, I’m excited to have a wealth of feedback from our customers on which we can base our vision and work towards future opportunities. Customers have let us know that they feel we add value because of our outstanding quality and our technical expertise, both in manufacturing and on the scientific front, and I want to continue building on that trusted reputation.”
