Team Consulting has hired David Harris, inventor of the Conix dry powder inhaler, which was licensed to 3M Drug Delivery Systems in 2008 by his then employer, Cambridge Consultants. In 2009, Harris joined Sagentia, where he was Principal Consultant. He will hold the same title at Team.
“It’s fantastic to be here. I’ve known Team and some of the people who work here for a number of years, and I’ve always been aware of the reputation that they have for their approach and expertise. They have some of the brightest brains in the medical sector, so it feels like I’m joining a medical device dream team, and I can’t wait to get started,” Harris said.
The hire comes three months after Team hired former Sagentia executive Daniel Flicos as Chief Commercial Officer. Flicos left Sagentia in 2009 after serving as interim CEO for seven months after the unexpected death of Alistair Brown. Neil Cooper, who had worked for several years at Cambridge Consultants also joined Team in March 2011 as Marketing & Communications Manager.
