MicroDose Therapeutx, Monmouth Junction, NJ, is looking for a Director of Engineering. This position will be responsible for providing innovation driven leadership for the Engineering Group which is comprised of both Mechanical Engineering and Electronics Engineering Departments.
Experience
-
Minimum of 15 years in the design, development and manufacturability of complex, hand-held medical devices

Depth of knowledge in regulatory, clinical, analytical and engineering requirements
-
Expertise in device requirements associated with mechanical, electrical, materials and scale-up
-
Awareness of, and exposure to, DPI (dry powder inhaler) and aerosol performance properties
-
Successful management of diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
-
Experience with, and understanding of, interactions between Engineering and Pharmaceutical Development Groups

Academic Requirements
