Activaero has hired Christian Pangratz as its new Chief Business Officer, replacing Henrik Luessen. Pangratz comes to Activaero from Nektar, where he served as Executive Director of Business Development. Luessen will continue to work with the company part time while focusing the majority of his efforts on his consulting firm.
Pangratz will be responsible for “business development, marketing and alliance management activities” related to Activaero’s inhalation systems.
“The creation of a new full-time business development position is the consequence of the excellent progress of our clinical development programs and our recent organizational growth. We welcome Mr. Pangratz to our leadership team and we are convinced that his expertise will bring a strong new perspective to our commercial efforts,” commented Activaero founder and CEO Gerhard Scheuch.
